The UK Passivhaus Awards have been launched by the Trust to celebrate the achievements of the Passivhaus Pioneers in the UK. The objective of the awards is to promote the Passivhaus Standard in the UK and to highlight that Passivhaus can apply to any building type of any function and size and that Passivhaus design can create beautiful buildings. The judges have been selected on the basis of their knowledge and expertise of Passivhaus design and construction.
The Passivhaus Trust can now reveal the judges for this year’s UK Passivhaus Awards.
They are:
- Wolfgang Feist, Founder, Passivhaus Institut
- Nick Grant, Technical Director, Passivhaus Trust
- Hattie Hartman, Sustainability Editor, The Architects’ Journal
- Sofie Pelsmakers, Co-founder, Architecture for Change and LoLo student
