Julia joined Crest Nicholson in 2002 and now heads up the Group’s Sustainability team. The team work as an integral part of the business operations and Julia leads Crest’s Building Performance Evaluation strategy and was involved with the AIMC4 project, a unique partnership of companies, created to research, develop and pioneer the volume production of the low carbon homes for the future.

Having completed studies in Integrated Environmental Management with the University of Bath and Strategic Management at Henley Business School, Julia has over 10 years’ experience in the development sector.

Julia represents Crest Nicholson on the UKGBC’s members committee and managed the partnership with Forum for the Future to develop the Group’s 10-year Sustainable Business Strategy.
