LoLo CDT student and Research Fellow at UCL’s Energy Institute, Giorgos Petrou, has recently been published in The BMJ, a leading medical research journal.
In this paper, titled ‘Home energy efficiency under net zero: time to monitor UK indoor air’ Giorgos and his colleagues argue that systematic large-scale monitoring of indoor air is now crucial to ensure home energy efficiency programmes, driven by climate change mitigation objectives, maximize benefits to health and avoid locking-in unintended harmful effects for years to come.
