Carrie Behar, PhD student at UCL-Energy, wins travel award at the LoLo CDT Student Paper Competition

The LoLo CDT Student Paper Competition aims to recognise and reward high quality research work submitted by students to a peer reviewed journal (preferred) or conference.

UCL winner was Carrie Behar – LoLo CDT Student – with her paper: Ventilation in energy efficient UK homes; A user experience of innovative technologies. Submitted to: ECEEE 2013 Summer Study on energy efficiency.

The lucky recipient of a £500 travel award from the LoLo CDT, was to be used to visit people or places of relevance to her work. Carrie chose to attend the Venice Architecture Biennale, please read her experiences on http://www.bartlett.ucl.ac.uk/energy/news/venice-biennale-2014
